MARKETING MANAGER

JOB INFORMATION:

Alaris Health at Cherry Hill ,a 240 bed-skilled nursing Center in CherryHill , New Jersey, seeks a Marketing Manager to establish and maintain the sub-acute unit’s identified census goals, help evaluate all residents admitted to the unit and formulate relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, Physicians, insurance companies and other major referral sources .Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at a company or organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives. Additional responsibilities include:

  • providing on-site clinical evaluation of referred residents with prompt communication to the referral source
  • developing care plans and coordinating clinical evaluations
  • utilizing regulatory agency guidelines and managing care concepts when reviewing clients for admission
  • performing on-site evaluations incorporating contact with the social services department, reviewing residents’ medical records and managing client visits and professional contacts
  • providing a list of client assessed needs the administrator which includes cost factors
  • investigating and clearly defining the insurance eligibility coverage relative to the level of care and length of stay
  • forecasting the duration of stay and practicality of an assured discharge
  • finalizing and securing all necessary admission documentation
  • informing the nursing department and other disciplines of the date of arrival once admissions are approved
  • participating in marketing management by collecting and organizing data on all client referrals, admissions, denials and reason denied
  • Plan marketing and branding objectives.
  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Design print ads and publications.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
  • Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
  • Engage other organizations within the community.
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

Job Requirements:

JOB Requirements:

  • Possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license and own a reliable automobile
  • Professional nursing license that is valid in New Jersey ( PREFERRED )
  • At least two years of experience in acute care and/or SUB-ACUTE rehabilitation setting
  • Marketing and discharge planning experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of nursing department operations is helpful
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
